Class Status: This class is available for registration up to and including the first day of the class. But we encourage you to pre-register by 15 days before the first day of the class so we will be able to determine class status. Remember, we are forced to cancel any class that has fewer than 9 people planning to attend. Also, there is no tuition due if you pre-register. Tuition is due only if the class is confirmed. All tuition prepaid for classes that are cancelled will be returned.

All work environments have the potential for “conflicts” to arise between employees. Tribal offices are no exception. Any location where there is more than one individual, conflicts can and do arise. Managers and supervisors need to be especially aware of these situations, since morale and absenteeism are affected by how these situations are handled.  This seminar will include how to deal with the unhappy employee, identifying and resolving workplace conflict, improving communication skills, using positive and reinforcing language, defusing angry customers, and negotiation techniques and strategies. This seminar is for all Tribal employees, especially managers and supervisors.
