One of the most critical roles in a Tribal organization is the receptionist. This person often provides the first impression of the organization to visitors and clients. If that first impression is good then the visitor or client will generally be satisfied with their visit; if that impression is poor, the visitor will leave with an unfavorable impression of the Tribe. This seminar provides specific techniques to enable the receptionist to present an effective, personable appearance to all contacts and develop efficient operational skills. This seminar is for all clerical staff.
