This intense, hands-on program will help you identify and utilize powerful tools and processes, as well as clarify key legal and compliance issues critical for effective management. Through case studies and exercises, you will gain the capabilities necessary to foster stronger relationships with your superiors, peers and subordinates. Special attention will be given to strengthening your interpersonal communication and conflict management skills that play such a vital role in all aspects of management. Techniques for effective delegation, stress and time management will be covered. Contents include identifying your personality and management style, evaluating and documenting employee performance, conflict management and mediation.
