 All Tribal programs rely on detailed budgets for program management and administration.  This seminar presents techniques a Tribal organization can use to develop an annual operating budget or program budget as well as procedures for monitoring them. It also provides guidance to Tribal officials and  program administrators on techniques for budget submission, negotiation and management.  This seminar is beneficial to all Tribal personnel who develop or work with budgets.

Budget preparation techniques
Developing expenditure estimates
Budget negotiation issues and strategies
Budget monitoring and management
